La bataille de Trafalgar :
La bataille de Trafalgar a opposé les forces françaises et espagnoles, sous le commandement du vice-amiral Villeneuve, à l'Angleterre, commandée par le vice-amiral Nelson, le 21 octobre 1805.
L'amiral Nelson meurt durant la bataille, mais la tactique qu'il apprit aux Britanniques leurs vaut une victoire totale, malgré quelques infériorités.
Deux tiers des navires franco-espagnols sont coulés, et Napoléon doit renoncer à conquérir le Royaume-Uni.

Napoléon 1er, est né 15 août 1769 à Ajaccio et mort le 5 mai 1821 sur l’île Sainte-Hélène. Il est le premier empereur des Français, du 18 mai 1804 au 6 avril 1814 et du 20 mars 1815 au 22 juin 1815. Il conduit ses forces en Italie, au Nil, en Autriche, en Prusse et en Pologne. Il a fait de brillantes victoires, comme Arcoles, Rivoli, Marengo…. Et transforme 134 départements en 1812, en transformant des grandes villes, comme Romes, Amsterdam, Hambourg et Barcelone en chefs-lieux et conquit l'Europe continentale.

An important event : Waterloo

The most important event is the battle of Waterloo. It's the last battle of the seventh coalition involving the United-Kindgom, Russia, Prussia, Sweden, Austria, the Netherlands and many German states against France.
It's important because it brands the end of the power of the France and the exile of Napoléon on the rock of Sainte-Hélène.
France lost by many deaths and Napoleon fled. Three days after, he abdicated.

Horatio Nelson :

Horatio Nelson was born on the twenty-ninth of September 1758 at Burnham Thorpe and he died in the battle of Trafalgar at fourty-seven years old. In his youth, he had a good family. His father was a priest. Horatio studied in the Paston Grammar School of North Walsham and he studied the navigation before getting engaged into the Royal Navy.

Arthur Wellesley :

Arthur Wellesley was born on the 30 of April 1769 in Irland and he died on the 14 of September 1852 at 83 years old. In his youth, he studied at Eton, after, at Bruxelles.So, he studied in the militar school of Angers in France.
And he make a very good work in the militar and finally, he became a knight of the order of the Bath. Later, Napoleon I tooked almost all the Europe, so Wellesley is engage to fight Napoleon
